Great service! I expected to have to leave my jeep for several days. 4 hours later I received a call informing me that it was ready for pickup. When I called for an appointment, I was able to get one for the very next day. I highly recommend Faricy Boys.

Service Advisor Shawn Behr was top notch in getting me accommodated late same day for next day service. He couldnt have performed better. I thought total billing was a little high for the job over all, but was advised up front (no surprises) and work was done promptly with no hiccups so far and none expected. Also thought the 3% charge for using a CC was a little out of style in this day and age.
Ive used them twice now and they did what they said they would do without any surprises It didn't take long everyone was helpful in explaining the issues with my jeep
Have free oil changes/tire rotations upon buying vehicle. On 6/26 had oil change and tire rotation. Advised did not recommend rotation due to front tires 4/32 and rear 5/32. I wanted rotated anyway. Took vehicle to Discount tire whom advised tires are between 6/32-7/32. Huge difference where may get around another 10K miles before needing replacement. AND last oil change I had, observed after the fact they did not rotate tires as requested nor did too off fluids to where within a week I had to add a entire container of wiper fluid. Brought my Jeep Wrangler 4xe to Faricy because it wouldn't go into electric mode. What followed is a sequence I think management would genuinely want to know about.
The diagnosis — $270 — was that I needed an oil change. The tech's video walkthrough confidently explained that my instrument cluster "had been saying change oil," and that's why electric mode was disabled. It hadn't: I had a dated photo of my dash from that morning showing no such message and no oil light. The written paperwork separately stated the "oil light was on." Also untrue.

We were traveling and needed a window replaced. They were super quick to get us in and out, and on our way. Both John and Paul were great!
Service went well for new rear brakes. Two items of disappointment. (1) Couldn’t look at an oil leak because it’s a different department. Told to make another appointment as if I have time to do the whole loop again. (2) Went to pay a substantial sum and told 3% credit card charge on top. Only had my credit card as had ridden m bike to pick it up. 3% a good chunk of change on top of the repair cost. Seems for higher cost repair, would absorb. Given a repair price, but a higher payment price at the point of pickup.

I’m only giving three stars, because the mechanics do a great job. The customer service I’ve received from the service department has been anything BUT great. They refuse to return calls, they refuse to call with updates on my vehicle, when I go into the service office, pretty much EVERYONE ignores me. Amazing service and got my car fixed fast. The serpentine belt on my car broke at 10 o’clock at night. I had a Tow Truck drop off my car at Faricy Ford and my experience was phenomenal. They called me with updates regarding my car and the pricing was reasonable as well. I would take my car here any day over the Ford in Pueblo.

Everyone was polite and efficient. The work was done in a timely manner. However I had asked them to set the oil gage back to 100% and they did not. I did figure it out myself when I got home.

I had an exhaust system failure and the service writer at Faricy Said to come on in, we would figure out something. Even if it is a temporary fix to get me home. They found time to do it, they got the right parts, and they took care of me on a moment's notice. This is the second time that Faricy service or parts has saved me from a long walk! They really go the extra mile for customer service and I won't soon forget it.

Had an issue when we got there. 2 1/2 drive to get there and found out the Broncos my wife was looking at was an hour away at a different location. Johnny kept apologizing and he was upset about the Broncos not being there. We test drove a couple different Broncos. Johnny walked us through the good and bad about both.
